Message to clients

Hello and welcome to my little corner of Zencare! I offer psychotherapy and expressive arts therapy, specializing in trauma and dissociation. I utilize a multimodal treatment approach that emphasizes compassion, curiosity, and creativity. I am trained in Brainspotting, RITTM, TIST, mindfulness, and somatic psychotherapy. I have been working in the field of mental health and trauma treatment for approximately 13 years, supporting clients from teenage years through older adulthood to develop a deeper sense of meaning and fulfillment in life. If you think I might be a good fit for you, please let me know and we can schedule a call to further discuss how our collaboration can best support you and your goals.
