Message to clients

Are you ready to grow into who you are becoming and move beyond being limited by who you’ve been and what you experienced in the past? Experiencing trauma often cuts people off from parts of themselves and can make it difficult to experience the present moment and move forward. In my therapeutic practice, I aim to create a warm and supportive space where you can embrace the fullness of yourself in a way that allows for healing, insight and positive change.

Together, we will identify tools that can support you as you develop insights, make new meaning out of challenging life experiences, and increase self-acceptance. I am LGBTQAI affirming. I look forward to hearing from you!
