Message to clients

Hello and welcome! First and foremost, I’d like to thank you for making the decision to partner with me in your personal growth and healing. While I admire resilience, I also want to recognize all you’ve overcome to arrive at this decision, and I commend you on choosing to take time to better yourself. It is truly a privilege to walk alongside you on this journey.

Perhaps you’re on the verge of burnout and have been overwhelmed by the never-ending alterations of life.

Or you find yourself floating between fear and focus, constantly feeling like you aren’t doing enough or are enough. Maybe you’ve discovered that you’re ready to step into your role as the lead of your life and require additional support and guidance to do so.

If you can relate to any of these scenarios, then you’re right where you should be. Throughout the years, I’ve distinguished myself in cognitive-behavioral, holistic, family system and person-centered approaches to concerns shared with me in the therapeutic relationship. After completing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I became a Nationally Certified Counselor who thrives from community stewardship. In sessions with me, you can expect to find that your exclusively nuanced experience is honored. A consistent delivery of an authentic, non-judgmental, and inviting presence is just my bare minimum. Let this day mark the beginning of both a transition and elevation towards your prosperity and integral health of the Mind, Body & Soul.
