Professional statement

Grace believes healing is a collaborative process, and that through therapy, we engage in important self-exploration that creates ripples of healing in the collective. Grace works with clients to identify core issues, explore desires and values, stay present, and cultivate stronger connections with themselves and others. Their approach is nonjudgmental, holistic, and tailored to each individual, combining practical support with somatic techniques, mindfulness, parts work, and dream exploration as they help clients understand the connections between their past, present, and future.

Message to clients

I know how powerful it is to have a space where all parts of yourself are welcome, and how transformative support can be in helping you show up more fully in life. In therapy with me, you’ll find a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where we’ll work together to understand your feelings and patterns, navigate challenges, and develop supportive coping strategies. Our sessions will be a space for reflection, growth, and self-discovery, helping you gain a more expansive view of yourself and your possibilities. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy with me offers the opportunity for meaningful and lasting change.
