In session, Guadalupe creates a safe space to focus on addressing painful feelings, explore and identify unmet childhood needs and make sense of the client’s distress. This approach helps clients feel seen and heard, stay hopeful and strengthen their ability to look back on their history of what happened to them when they were children. In return, the client establishes emotional balance, positive self-regulation, and increase in self-esteem and self-confidence.
Guadalupe Sosa creates an environment where the client feels in control and safe to tell their story of what happened to them. She helps her clients identify how their childhood experiences impact their life today. Guadalupe emotionally supports her clients, provides non-judgmental recommendations and instills hope when there is none.
