Message to clients

I strive to provide a warm and open space for clients to feel safe to express themselves. Whether through talking or the creative arts, I create an environment where clients feel safe to share whatever is on their hearts and minds. In our work together, I will gently guide you to your own inner wisdom to remembering the powerful being that you are. The right therapy should be exactly what you need to help you feel the feels, process the past, and make that leap of faith into a better future. That's why I offer a 15 minute Get to Know You session to see if we would be the right fit.
