Professional statement

In session you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you’ll be encouraged to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Hallie begins each session by checking in with how you're feeling and what you’d like to focus on that day. Whether you’re dealing with stress, life transitions, or deeper emotional concerns, she’ll guide the session based on your needs and goals.

Using a holistic approach, Hallie may integrate different therapeutic techniques like Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and mindfulness to help you connect with your body and emotions. She’ll help you identify patterns of thought and behavior, working together to foster self-compassion and emotional balance. Hallie might also incorporate eco-therapy techniques or mindfulness exercises to ground you in the present moment, especially if nature-based healing resonates with you.

Throughout the session, Hallie will empower you to explore your inner world with curiosity, and she’ll provide a compassionate, judgment-free space to process your feelings. As the session progresses, she will help you deepen your understanding of how your thoughts, emotions, and past experiences influence your current actions and relationships. By guiding you to uncover your inner strengths, Hallie works collaboratively with you to address challenges with a sense of kindness and resilience. If spirituality is important to you, she’s open to integrating faith-based perspectives into the session upon request. Ultimately, her goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered as you move toward personal growth and healing.

Message to clients

My goal as a therapist is to create a welcoming and compassionate environment where clients can explore the deeper layers of their inner world. I believe in a holistic approach to healing, where the mind, body, spirit, and emotions are interconnected. By working together, we can uncover the strengths you already possess and gently address the challenges you face with compassion and self-awareness. I view therapy as a collaborative journey toward greater balance, growth, and fulfillment.

I utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as attachment theory, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), DBT, and mindful self-compassion, while incorporating eco-therapy and mindfulness practices to help clients reconnect with themselves and the natural world around them. I am also open to integrating spirituality into sessions, and as a Christian, I’m happy to include faith-based perspectives if requested.

Outside the therapy room, I love immersing myself in creativity through art, fashion, and travel. Spending time with my husband, family, and friends is a great source of joy for me, as is enjoying the company of animals and the simple pleasure of a good cup of coffee.
