See Hannah's Details for:
Hannah works with young adults who are navigating concerns including anxiety, burnout, depression, academic or professional stress, and relationships. Young adulthood is a turbulent time with frequent changes, life transitions, and uncertainty. She helps her clients bring more balance and stability into their lives.
In session, Hannah teaches clients to challenge their thoughts, reframe self-defeating ways of thinking, and develop a positive perspective. She knows how much juggling young adults have to do to manage the expectations of family, friends, romantic partners, supervisors, and others. Her goal is to provide these clients with a welcoming space to be heard and process their reactions to personal and professional situations. By asking thought-provoking questions, Hannah prompts clients to explore new perspectives, self-identity, and values. As a result, clients build confidence, manage stress, and effectively communicate with important people in their lives.
