Message to clients

Have you been struggling with your current life situation and wondering if counseling might be right for you? We all have a tendency to put ourselves last, in favor of the many responsibilities we have in life. This is your reminder that taking care of yourself is the best way to remain at peak functioning in those important areas of your life. The counseling process can be a wonderful way to evaluate your awareness of your thinking and behaviors, learn to set boundaries and work to increase your overall happiness. I specialize in working with adults and am passionate about tailoring my approach to meet your needs as you foster the self-awareness that leads to personally meaningful development and growth. My clinical style is focused on creating an engaging therapeutic environment through use of supportive and open communication, compassion and humor.
