Message to clients

I'm Hector, and I'm here to help you feel comfortable and confident as we start this journey together. Therapy can feel like a big word, but at its heart, it’s just a place where you can be yourself and talk about anything on your mind—good stuff, tough stuff, or even things you’re unsure about.

Here’s what you can expect: when we meet, we'll get to know each other in a way that feels relaxed and natural. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe and heard, so you never have to worry about judgment. We’ll go at a pace that feels right for you, and you get to decide what you want to share and when. Some days, we might talk things out; other days, we might work on hands-on activities to help understand and handle big feelings.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you (because you’re not broken!); it’s about helping you understand yourself better and find tools that make life easier and happier. It’s kind of like going to the gym for your mind, where each session builds your strength and confidence bit by bit.

If you ever have questions or ideas about what might make our time together more helpful, I’d love to hear them! Therapy is about working together, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
