Holly Long, MSMFT is based in Lehi, Utah. She has had experience in her career with children, couples, individuals, and families. Because of her experiences with all populations she has developed a unique perspective on the family system and the impact it has on our mental health. While she has experiences with multiple populations and diagnoses, her favorite work is with the family system. She has worked as a supervisor to other therapists as well and enjoys providing support for therapists in their own process of the intensity of the work they do.
She has been a therapist since 2008. She has experience in trauma work, depression, anxiety, addiction, and is currently a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate. Holly's work with psychosis, addiction, family systems issues, and children's work has laid the framework for understanding how each person engages in a relationship and the way our childhood wounds interfere with our ability to show up healthily in our relationships. Her goal is to support each member of a system to get out of their own way to allow themselves to have the relationships they want with those who are able and willing to join them in healthy habits.
Her office is located on Main Street in Lehi, Utah. She works to have a flexible schedule to accommodate varying schedules as well as offers telehealth sessions for convenience.
