Message to clients

Searching for a therapist you connect with can be a daunting task. Finding a therapist who has great training, is skilled, truly understands the unique person you are, and can help you accomplish your goals with tangible progress may feel like searching for a unicorn. If you can relate to this, then I am able to help.

I view therapy as a path that we journey together in which my mission is to reduce your suffering and help you obtain the things you want out of life that bring joy, fulfillment, and purpose. At the foundation of our work is a real relationship between equals in which I maintain a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and present-focused stance. This enables me to fully accept, understand, and celebrate the unique person you are! To help you get the most out of life and experience real progress in therapy, I use my expertise in treatment approaches and interventions that are firmly grounded in CBT and supported by the latest research.

Therapy is an investment and making the decision to seek treatment is a huge first step! I look forward to working with you as we set out on a journey together in forging a Clear Path away from suffering and toward experiencing joy, fulfillment, and purpose.
