Ilana Harrow is a licensed social worker (LSW). Ilana completed her undergraduate degree in Social Welfare at University of Wisconsin in 2005. She completed her Masters in Social Work from University of Michigan in 2012 and her PEL/School Social Work Specialization from University of Illinois in Chicago in 2022. Ilana has over fifteen years of experience in school and community programs. Ilana has great strategies to help her clients explore their experiences and build tools and capacities to strengthen self-regulation and confidence to support future development and success.

Using a person-centered, strength-based approach, Ilana works with children and adults to navigate difficult times or challenges at home, school, work, or with others.
