Many of her clients come to therapy to seek healing in the marriage, understanding of their feelings, and to learn how to cope with life stressors that affect their mood. She also believes that integrating your Spiritual beliefs of faith could be powerful and beneficial in living a healthy fulfilled life and having healthy relationships.

Ingrid is certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and uses Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness tools as a few approaches to the therapeutic process.
