Message to clients

Hi, I am glad you are here.

Some people struggle with the idea of talking about private and intimate matters to a stranger. Others enjoy exploring their inner lives and consider entering a therapist’s office a beginning of an exciting journey. Whichever group you belong to, you are welcome to my office. I am ready to meet you wherever you are. We all need a sounding board. We all need to be seen and heard in our pain, shame, doubt, sorrow, loneliness, but also in our confusion, excitement, and passion. Together we can explore your emotions and thoughts, develop a better understanding of what has brought you to this point in your life, and find optimal solutions.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Client testimonials

"She responded via email even during the holiday season."
- Zencare client December 2022
"Irena takes the time to really listen to her patients. She shows compassion and empathy and most of all, makes her patients feel safe. So far my experience with Irena has been great: she is a great professional, with proven experience and great communication skills. She takes the time to explain the different concepts she introduces during our sessions and furthermore, recommends videos, books and materials to further deepen my understanding and knowledge of these concepts, at my rhythm. She also suggests exercises and daily coping mechanisms as needed. I would certainly recommend Irena as a therapist."
