Message to clients

You might have experienced stressors, some, even traumatic. However, it is how you heal that is key to enhancing your resilience so life can feel more peaceful. What isn’t healed tends to find ways to appear in our choices and relationships, to remind us that it should be addressed. For this reason, committing yourself to seek guidance is the first step towards, not merely managing, but thriving.

Clients usually come to my practice to get support with developing skills to manage depression, decreasing various types of anxiety, getting clarity on their life purpose, understanding their anger, learning to forgive themselves to mitigate shame or guilt, controlling impulsive behaviors, and many other reasons.

I am also a Health&Wellness Coach (certified through the Mayo Clinic), so am well-versed in how our lifestyle affects our moods and quality of life, and seek to integrate all parts of the self to heal.

As a therapist, i have been described as warm, attentive, creative, non-judgmental, and understanding. These traits help me create the trust necessary for our therapeutic alliance.

I hope to meet you and work together,

Warm regards,
