Message to clients
I am a compassionate and experienced trauma-informed therapist. People usually seek my support and guidance to learn practical skills to manage depression, reduce anxiety, gain clarity about values and purpose, explore and mitigate anger, alleviate shame or guilt, regulate impulsive behaviors, establish healthy habits, and more.
Raised in France and educated in both China and the US, i bring a unique perspective to my work, having gained a deep understanding of the Human Condition – how we thrive and why we suffer – through my experiences, travels, and extensive studies.
After graduating summa cum laude with my B.A. from UCLA, i went on to earn a Master’s from UCLA’s School of Public Affairs and became a licensed clinician. Valuing a holistic approach to well-being, i studied Nutrition through Cornell’s School of Nutritional Sciences, completed the Mindfulness Training program from UCLA’s MARC, and became a certified Health & Wellness coach through the Mayo Clinic. I am also a certified Ayurveda Health Coach.
With a deep understanding of how the mind and body influence one another, i am equipped to help you integrate the various aspects of yourself to feel more peace and be well.
As a therapist, i have been described as warm, attentive, creative, nonjudgmental, and understanding. My goal is for clients to develop and discover the tools to self-analyze and be their own thought partners once our work together is done.
