James Abolarin

My name is Dr. James Abolarin, I am a licensed therapist. I focus on working with adults, using cognitive therapy to help my clients think about their issues. I assess mental health issues through a therapeutic lens. I understand that life can be extremely difficult to navigate sometimes, especially when going through major life transitions. These things can greatly impact our well-being, especially if we do not have the proper tools to work through them. It can seem impossible to deal with these life stressors and escape from the overwhelming feelings that accompany them. I primarily work with clients experiencing depression, eating disorders, and PTSD. Moreover, I worked for several mental health agencies in Atlanta Georgia in U.S. I am experienced working with client suffering with PTSD, eating disorders, addictions, marital problems, bipolar disorders and many others.
