Message to clients

It's so helpful to know you have a therapist that you can be yourself with and support you no matter what. Therapy is all about you and improving the quality of your life. When you meet with a therapist like myself, you will feel at ease right away. Reaching out is often the hardest step of getting help. Free 15 minute consultations to see if I am a good fit.

Some people shy away from therapy as if asking for help is a sign of weakness. Asking for help is actually a major sign of strength. How awesome could life be if you invested in yourself for one hour a week?
