Dr. Siegel specializes in individual therapy with adults who are experiencing issues around anxiety, depression, relationships, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions. Dr. Siegel particularly enjoys working with college and graduate students struggling with academic pressures, social issues, and the transition into the "real world" after graduation. Dr. Siegel is passionate about helping her clients navigate important relationships in their lives, whether with intimate partners, family members, or children. Dr. Siegel also welcomes women at any stage in the pregnancy/postpartum journey.
Dr. Siegel blends insight-oriented and cognitive-behavioral approaches to help her clients reach their fullest potential. Dr. Siegel also helps her clients develop skills to cope with difficult emotions and change the way they interact with their negative thoughts.
