Message to clients

The work I do with my clients is often centered around Self-Love; being able to nurture acceptance of your true self, as it is often the key to alleviating a vast number of concerns and challenges. Collaboration is the key to success. I feel passionate about supporting individuals & couples to re-define their boundaries and take ownership of their identity. For me, therapy is the work that you do outside of the session time. The mindful & intentional efforts you make to reflect and apply new skills as well as new perspectives to your day-to-day experience; that's where the change will really take place.
