Collaboration is the key to success. I feel passionate about supporting individuals & couples to re-define their boundaries and take ownership of their identity. For me, therapy is the work that you do outside of the session time. The mindful & intentional efforts you make to reflect and apply new skills as well as new perspectives to your day-to-day experience; that's where the change will really take place.
