Message to clients

It can be scary and frustrating when life changes. And sometimes you think to yourself, how did I get here? You feel like you've tried everything, but nothing has improved. You may be worried that things are never going to change. You struggle to focus, feel scared of your thoughts, become distracted, or triggered by the world around you. But, imagine what it would be like to thrive! Imagine what it would feel like to have self-confidence, heal from the past, and have the ability to overcome day to day stress. With such a challenging year, mental health is so important now more than ever. Let's move through this together!

It is difficult to find time for therapy because life is so unplanned! I'm here to support you through telehealth sessions, including a flexible schedule of availability both nights and weekends. Have questions? Please send them my way! I will respond within 24 hours. I look forward to speaking with you!
