I'm a therapist who is passionate about helping adults, teens, and children reconnect with themselves and the strength that already lies within them. Clients have characterized me as warm and attentive, as I help them feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe everyone deserves a safe place where they can process pain while being honest, open, and kind to themselves.
I use an integrative and holistic treatment approach with teens, adults, couples, and families to treat anxiety, depression, PTSD/C-PTSD, OCD, trichotillomania, dermatillomania, eating disorders, life transition difficulties, and relationship issues. I take the time to listen closely to each client's needs and tailor sessions to where they currently are.
I provide clients with tools to successfully overcome their struggles while helping them understand their triggers, tolerate distress, practice mindfulness, and challenge irrational thought patterns. I am passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths and break down what may be standing between them and living a happier, more fulfilling life.
