Message to clients

It’s ok to feel stuck. We all dwell on our mistakes and difficulties. But it’s important to draw a line, beyond which we stop dwelling and begin acting to improve our emotional, mental, and physical health. Progress doesn’t always look the way we want it to and that’s okay. This is why we set goals for ourselves so when we reach those goals, we can look back or be still in the moment and see the progressions along the way. Making progress and being in a better space than we were is the goal. We know that change is hard and making minor progress elicits the change we want to see in ourselves.

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, my primary goal is to support you when you feel stuck and encourage your progress to a healthier mindset. It can be overwhelming to speak with someone about the most vulnerable moments of your life. I specialize in a person-centered approach that focuses on your strengths and the ways you want to grow.

Teletherapy is offered for you to create the space you need to make effective change from wherever you deem comfortable. I offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly appointments and can be contacted through email, phone, or text. I look forward to working with you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself!
