Before this bio continues I want to take a break to help you understand the method at which he addresses the 3 disorders.
Let's first discuss how he can help you with anxiety. Most providers seek to help you manage your anxiety by distracting you from it. They'll encourage medication mediation and breathing techniques to help you address your anxious mood. And while these do seem effective they are just bandaid solutions. The real cure to this problem lies in tackling two problems. The first is understanding how you are creating the anxiety. The second is in helping you procress the anxiety. After all anxiety isike the check engine light in your car if you ignore it for to long it's bond to break down. The same goes true for your anxiety. If you ignore it for to long it's just gonna get worst and break you down. Now cause I'm a little short on time let me address the other two problems and how Jeff treats them.
With PTSD the treatment he uses is to neutralize the emotion and image of the event. He then uses a concept called post traumatic growth which helps the person feel differently about what occured. With ADHD he helps them learn techniques to increase focus and concentration all while helping them become more productive. It's a few more things he those with ADHD but in order to learn what they are you like have to speak to him.
