Jen is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in Massachusetts, currently working toward her independent licensure (LICSW) in clinical social work. She earned her master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and her bachelor’s degree in Cultural Communication Studies from Bridgewater State University.
Jen has experience as both an individual and couples therapist in a community-based mental health center and also worked in case management, supporting adults and youth experiencing co-occurring disorders. She specializes in helping couples and individuals work through attachment wounds, identity struggles, anxiety, interpersonal relationship conflicts, and self-esteem issues.
As a couples therapist, Jen helps partners improve communication, break negative cycles, and rebuild trust. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, navigating a major transition, or simply looking to strengthen your bond, she provides a space where both of you feel heard and supported. Her approach is attachment-based and client-centered, focusing on how past experiences shape your relationships today while tailoring therapy to your unique needs. She’s not the kind of therapist who just nods and listens—she actively helps you understand each other in new ways and build a more secure, fulfilling relationship.
Jen also works with individuals struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, trauma, or relationship challenges. Managing everything at once can feel overwhelming, and her goal is to help you gain clarity, confidence, and practical tools to move forward. Therapy with Jen feels like an honest, down-to-earth conversation where you work together to find solutions that make sense for your life.
If you’re looking for a supportive, engaging therapist who will truly collaborate with you, Jen is here to help.
