Professional statement

Jennifer Daigle is a licensed professional counselor - associate licensed in CT and practicing via telehealth all over the state. Jennifer loves to support clients with OCD, anxiety, phobias, and school or career challenges. Jennifer used a combination of theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Using these techniques, Jennifer collaborates with her clients on goals around reducing anxiety and gaining confidence and joy for life.

Jennifer was one of the first in the state of CT to simultaneously complete both Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling degrees. Along with her educational background, the client has worked in a variety of settings such as agencies, schools, and private practice. Jennifer aims to always offer the most current and relevant therapy approaches, and frequently participates in continuing education courses.

For the purpose of accessibility, Jennifer meets with clients through a HIPAA compliant video platform, and offers confidential email and texting services outside of session. Jennifer believes that people feel most motivated to reach their goals in a comfortable environment of their choosing, and welcomes clients to choose a confidential and comfortable space of their own.

Jennifer is excited to meet you, and learn about how she can best support you.

I promise to provide understanding and non-judgmental objectivity throughout our time together, so that you can be you; unapologetically. I love getting to know my clients; who they are and how they think, and I incorporate these characteristics into our sessions to make them truly tailored to you. I am so excited to meet, and to be able to walk with you on your journey.
