Message to clients

You have the capacity to change, and you are in control of that change. It may seem tough now, but with time and focus on your needs you can live the life you desire. You can take back control of your own life and find meaning through the process. Therapy can be a space of growth and healing in which you can discover the tools to build your foundation of health.

I seek to create a space in which you have the freedom to process the things keeping you stuck in old patterns. It is not too late, and you can create new patterns. The therapeutic relationship can create the trust and comfort to try new things and process those that no longer serve you.
