Throughout our work together, we will create a space that is uniquely yours where your life experience, thoughts, and emotions are witnessed and safely held within the relationship we cultivate.

In my role as a therapist, I will work to help you heal from dynamics and patterns that are no longer serving you. I believe that self-compassion is absolutely necessary to do this work and to help you to live more authentically.
