Message to clients

It is a common to feel lost, unsure, or confused about who you are, how you got to this point in your life, and where you are going. This can cause a mix of emotions that can be difficult to cope with. It is also common to feel pressure from society or family members to live a certain life. Throughout our work together, we will create a space that is uniquely yours where your life experience, thoughts, and emotions are witnessed and safely held within the relationship we cultivate.

In my role as a therapist, I will work to help you heal from dynamics and patterns that are no longer serving you. I believe that self-compassion is absolutely necessary to do this work and to help you to live more authentically.

I would love to be a part of your journey and help you uncover what it means to live a more fulfilling life. If you feel like we’d be a good fit, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can discuss further.
