Message to clients

Congratulations on your first step to finding help from whatever issue(s) you feel may be holding you back! Truth be told, there is a time in everyone's life when an outsider's perspective is helpful in reframing whatever it is we have going on. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I've had the pleasure of working with hundreds of individuals and families struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, family conflict, parentings issues, relationship problems and trauma.

I believe in being goal-oriented and utilizing each clients unique strengths to create a framework for growth. Each client should feel supported, listened to and respected. I strive to create a safe space for all cultures, ethnicities and anyone in the LGBTQI+ community.

I am happy to offer a free phone consultation to anyone considering services. I look forward to hearing from you.

Client testimonials

"Jennifer is professional, responded quickly to my questions and concerns, and empathetic. I find the ratio of listening to speaking we maintain very useful for our sessions. She ended up being the provider I decided to continue with for my care as she was the best fit for me. While finding a therapist is a highly individualized process, I would definitely recommend her sessions to someone in need of mental health help."
