Dr. Jennifer Marchesani is a licensed psychologist and holistic healer who welcomes teens and adults to her practice. Many of her clients struggle with imposter syndrome, anxiety, narcissistic abuse, depression, and stressful careers. She views life’s challenges as opportunities to let go of the old stories of the past that may keep us from creating the lasting changes we long for. She cares about those she works with and wants to help you discover more happiness, balance, and relaxation in your life.
In order to begin the deep transformation you are seeking, we first work to identify your unconscious schemas, self-defeating thoughts, and outdated coping methods that produce stress and stagnation. You will also learn mindfulness, relaxation, and self-compassion to support greater well-being, healthier relationships, and a more authentic version of you. Dr. Jen teaches you how to calm your nervous system so that you are able to better integrate the change you desire.
Dr. Jen has years of experience in neuropsychology and meditation, and she uses a holistic mind-body focus that allows her to quickly identify and understand your symptoms. She has a special interest in the mind-body connection and our innate healing potential. She is uniquely skilled in working with chronic pain and illness.
Dr. Jen has lived and worked on the East and West Coast, the Southwest, and now the Southeast. Due to her travels, she strives to ensure that everyone who seeks her services feels safe and welcome. She offers the flexibility and convenience of telehealth sessions and allows clients to view her calendar and book appointments online.
