Over the past decade, she has been deeply involved in the dynamic world of mental health, specializing in areas such as Depression, Grief, Divorce, Anxiety, Anger Management, PTSD, ADHD, Coping Skills, and Alcohol/Drug Abuse. An incredible journey, she has had, navigating the intricate networks of community mental health and contributing her expertise in inpatient hospital settings.

What sets her heart on fire is the unique connection she feels when assisting adults and couples in untangling the complexities of their emotions and experiences. Beyond er professional pursuits, family is her driving force. As a proud mother of five wonderful children—three darling daughters and two spirited sons—every moment with them reinforces her belief in the importance of relationships, connection, and understanding. They're her constant reminder of why she entered this field.
