Psychologist, PsyDShe/Her/Hers
Psychologist, PsyDWelcome to my Private Practice! The therapeutic relationship is one that is unlike no other and can heal you from your childhood wounds and guide you to a path of more independence, self knowledge, and ability to live an authentic and real life. Many people seek therapy to develop their true potential and to function at even a higher level. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and completed a one year course in Jungian Oriented Psychotherapy at the C.G. Jung Institute of San Francisco in 2022. I am very client-centered and will tailor my methods to your preferences and needs. I am very empathetic and warm and will gently guide you in your progress. My training is as a Psychologist and this was a 5 year post-graduate degree from an APA Accredited graduate program. I offer both in person sessions and telehealth. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples. My couples work uses the Gottman Method along with other theoretical orientations. Please start your healing and self exploration now by contacting me.
