Professional statement

Jennifer ("Jenn") Wright is a relational and individual therapist. She specializes in relational challenges with couples or families, improving communication skills, increasing self-awareness and self-control, deepening connections with self and others, and healing old emotional and relational wounds. Jenn also has a special place in her heart for helping adult families, in which everyone has grown up and there are some old lingering issues that can be addressed and resolved.

Jenn is formally trained in several modalities to help you find the best fit for reaching your personalized goals. Her passion is helping people to have better communication in their relationships and helping people to understand themselves on a deeper level. She believes that when we know ourselves well enough to know why we react the way we do, when we know how to listen to and support ourselves, then we can successfully help others hear us and understand our needs. Contact her today to find success and greater fulfillment in your relationships and daily lives.

Jenn has clients that make progress and come less frequently or graduate and no longer need her support. As a result, she currently has availability for new clients and offers evening appointments. She is offering virtual sessions in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Message to clients

Do you know how to listen to the whispers of your body, heart, mind, and soul? Or is it screaming at you for attention? We all have the knowledge we need inside of us, we just have to learn to listen. Whether it is repetitive unsuccessful patterns in our relationships we can't seem to escape, feeling panicked or out of control in our own lives, or mindless scrolling / feeling in a fog or numb, you can have better connections for yourself.

I am honored, humbled, and amazed to witness and support the amazing things my clients have achieved in their time working with me. Many of my clients transition to meet with me less frequently after their initial progress, and many reach graduation, the end of their time with me when they go off to live their best life. I hope you can be one of those success stories. Let's work together to find some relief for the troubles and worries that have you searching this site for help.

The hard part is finding someone you think you can connect with. One more step, reach out to request a free 15-minute consultation call to further discuss your goals and how I can help you find more control and peace while living your best life. Once this last step is over, you will have someone to walk with you and help you reach your goals.
