Jeremy Nunnelley, LPC, LMHC, offers compassionate and effective tele-health counseling and coaching services, specializing in anxiety treatment, trauma recovery, and couples counseling. With over 17 years of experience as a licensed therapist, he integrates evidence-based approaches like Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and advanced techniques such as Brainspotting and EMDR to support individuals, couples, and families in their healing and personal growth.

Jeremy works with clients aged 12 and up, helping them navigate life’s challenges by addressing deep-rooted trauma, managing anxiety, and improving relationships. His extensive training and hands-on experience in specialized modalities, combined with a compassionate, client-centered approach sets him apart. Whether you're seeking to overcome past trauma, enhance your emotional well-being, or strengthen your connection with loved ones, his goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to create lasting change.

Practicing via tele-health, Jeremy provides flexible, secure online therapy sessions that allow you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Tele-health makes it easier for clients to attend therapy sessions without the hassle of travel, and it can be a great option for those with busy schedules, mobility challenges, or those living in areas with limited access to in-person therapy. It also offers a level of convenience that is especially valuable in today's fast-paced world.

Jeremy's typical hours of availability are Monday through Thursday, from 8 AM to 7 PM, providing flexibility to fit therapy into your busy life. He is committed to offering convenient scheduling options to best meet your needs.

Specialties

Anxiety - For anxiety treatment, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a highly effective, evidence-based therapy that focuses on identifying and changing the negative thought patterns that fuel anxiety. By challenging these distorted thoughts and replacing them with more realistic, balanced thinking, CBT helps individuals reduce anxiety and stress, building confidence and coping skills for everyday situations.

Couples counseling - I work with partners to help them deepen their connection, improve communication, and navigate the challenges that arise in relationships. In working with couples, I maintain a strong therapeutic relationship with each client, ensuring that both partners feel heard, respected, and supported. My aim is to help couples not only resolve conflicts but also strengthen their emotional bond and create a foundation for healthier, more fulfilling connections.

Trauma - I offer Brainspotting, a powerful therapeutic tool that helps identify, process, and release deeply held trauma or emotional blockages. This technique often brings quicker, more profound healing for trauma and anxiety-related issues. I also use EMDR a clinically proven method that helps individuals process and heal from traumatic memories. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (usually in the form of guided eye movements) to help the brain reprocess distressing memories.
