Message to clients

Hello! Thank you for visiting and taking the first steps to work on discovering and enhancing your personal + sexual self. My approach is using an integrative model that focuses on four key areas: Mental Health & Wellbeing, Personal Health & Wellbeing, Sexual Health & Wellbeing, and Intimate Wellness & Relationships. My goal is to meet you where you are at, understand what is going on, help you to work through any presenting concern/s, help you to move forward in embracing and enhancing your personal + sexual self, and/or (re)create the spark in your intimacy. There is no one way. There is no right way. It is YOUR way.

Sexual health is a part of your personal health that plays a role in all ages and stages of life. It’s imperative to take a comprehensive and holistic approach by exploring all areas of the Self including psychological, emotional, physiological, behavioral and relational components. Although there might be a presenting concern or problem in mind, I will create a safe and comfortable space to help you to explore all aspects of you and any relational dynamic. Through my individualized and personalized approaches, we will discover your way and we will go at your pace.

So let’s get started on your journey to discovering and enhancing your personal + sexual self and/or (re)create the spark in your intimacy!

Insurance Information

Depending on your insurance plan, you may be able to obtain full or partial reimbursement for therapy as “out of network providers”. However, this is not guaranteed and is up to your insurance provider based on coverage. I can provide you with a clinical invoice that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Some important questions to ask your insurance provider to inquire about coverage

What is my mental health coverage like?

How much does my insurance pay for “out of network providers”?

What does my insurance cover per therapy session?

Through my plan, do I have a limited number of therapy sessions?

Do I need approval from my primary care physician in order to go to therapy?

Please Note:

While health insurances will often reimburse for the treatment of certain diagnoses, they sometimes will only cover a certain amount of sessions.
