This provider can support you in getting reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network reimbursement. Here are the out-of-network billing options they provide:
Frequency of sessions this provider offers to see clients once you are an established client.
Individual therapy is billed on a sliding scale and using an equitable fee structure, at the rate of $120-$130 for a 50 min session. Your fee is determined at the beginning of services, and, if set at a lower fee scale, it will be reviewed periodically in a manner reflecting accessibility and equity and in response to your evolving financial circumstances, while in respect of services rendered.
Please discuss with me what your financial needs may be as they evolve, and we will evaluate on a bimonthly basis your ability to pay closer to or full fee when this is possible. This model allows greater access to therapy services for individuals who may not otherwise be able to afford them, at the time when they may need it most. When you are in a position to pay full fee, it helps to cover the costs for others to begin or continue on their wellness journey at a lower sliding scale rate—and create social action for equity with reverberating and far-reaching impacts collectively.
