Message to clients

I understand from my own therapy experience how difficult it can be to take the first steps of scheduling an appointment and the vulnerability one feels as they first open up to a stranger about the difficulties they are having. My first priority in starting with new clients is to ensure they feel safe, heard, and unjudged in the therapeutic process. We will discuss what goals you have and how I can help to provide therapeutic support for relief from symptoms and improvement in daily functioning. As a seasoned provider of telehealth therapy services, I offer the convenience of remote sessions through a HIPPA compliant portal to help ease your ability to add therapy services to your life so you can begin to take better care of yourself.
