Jessica has been working in the mental health field for close to 2 decades. She uses an eclectic approach to healing, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist clients in identifying strengths, challenge beliefs and confront on behaviors, along with Mindfulness and an Acceptance and Commitment modality. Message to clients

It can be scary taking the first step to begin the therapeutic process and work on our issues. I will guide you along the way and create a safe and supported space to assist you in navigating any problems or traumas. I will be a mirror, reflecting back to you parts of you that you may be unaware of. I will help you see yourself in a new and healthier way.

Healing can be messy and challenging at times. I am here for you for support. I will share real life wisdom and guidance. I will hold empathetic space to unapologetically be yourself. I tend to be direct and to the point. I don't sugarcoat things. I will tell you what it is that you need to hear, not what you want to hear.

I am committed to helping you find the strength, happiness and peace that lies within.
