Message to clients

It's so helpful to find someone who you can feel safe with, share your unfiltered thoughts, and not feel judged or made to feel your feelings are not valid. As a trauma-informed expert, I offer EMDR and Brainspotting intensives, which is an accelerated therapy process that helps you reach your therapeutic goals more efficiently than weekly therapy appointments. You can spend less time getting to the freedom you’ve wanted to feel, without taking time out for 20+ sessions over the course of a year. I can help you target your goals and get you on the path that leads to getting unstuck from emotional bondage, and fully experience the relief and satisfaction you deserve!
