Jessica Reis-Driscoll is the co-owner of Shine the Light Healing and Wellness. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who works with adults and couples She is licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and has been practicing for twenty-three years. Jessica has extensive experience working with clients work are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and issues related to self-esteem/self-worth. She also has advanced clinical training in the area perinatal mental health and perinatal loss and has years of experience working with women who are experiencing mood disorders (depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts and psychosis). Jessica is a Reiki Master Teacher and is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

Although Jessica utilizes a number of theoretical frameworks to assist clients in obtaining their treatment goals, her primary approaches are EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. She customizes interventions to meet the needs of each client in an effort to help every client obtain their personal goals.

Jessica provides these counseling services in a warm, safe, non-judgmental environment and is committed to helping each client be the best version of themselves. She believes that everyone is capable of being successful and she is committed to ensuring and providing guidance and support to each client and their journey. Jessica focuses on the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health and well-being of clients by offering a complement of holistic therapies, treatments, and services.
