Jessica helps clients to develop the richness in life that can so often feel absent. The path to growth and healing can feel tumultuous and multidirectional, and we'll work together to build direction, strengthen identity, and heal the parts of self that need to be heard, understood, and seen. Using a strengths-based, person-centered approach, Jessica works with adults from all walks of life to achieve balance and to help you achieve your goals. It is her privilege to be your partner on this journey.
With over a decade of experience in the field, Jessica specializes in treating mood, anxiety, trauma, women's issues, and LGBTQIA and gender related issues. She will explore the psychodynamic relationship between the past and present, as well as current thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Jessica strongly believes in the healing power of healthy relationships.
