As a clinical psychologist at NYU Langone Psychiatry Associates, I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome their struggles and reach their full potential. My passion lies in empowering people to build their toolkits with skills they can use for the rest of their lives. I find immense satisfaction in seeing my patients develop resilience and achieve their personal goals through various psychotherapies.
I specialize in ADHD in adults, anxiety, depression, burnout, and healthcare mental health, and have a passion in values-based work, "non--toxic" productivity, and stress management. I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therpy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Executive Functioning Skills Training, and Exposure Therapy as skills-based approaches to help patients manage their lives and meet their individual goals, ultimately empowering them to overcome stressful situations, negative thinking patterns, and lifestyle routines that are unhelpful.
I offer group therapy, ADHD evaluations for adults, and individual therapy for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and burnout. I use a skills-based approach because teaching someone how to eventually be their own therapist can help someone develop the confidence to manage whatever life throws at them - as they say, if you catch someone a fish, they eat for a day; teach them to fish, they eat for a lifetime! I also practice with a values framework so I will be eager to learn about what your values are and what is important to you in your life.
