Jessica (She/Her) is a neurodivergent psychotherapist serving clients in Massachusetts, Vermont, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. She graduated from the Ohio State University with a BA in Psychology and Theatre and earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Master’s of Education from Widener University. Jessica has extensive experience working with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, gender identity, and LGBTQI+ concerns.

Jessica spent many years working in community mental health, academic settings, and with university counseling centers. Most recently, she worked as a psychotherapist providing individual therapy to students at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Bentley University, and Boston University. Working with these schools, Jessica has helped students develop healthy habits, build fulfilling relationships, and cope with the demands and stress related to their academic pursuits and careers.

In her therapy sessions, Jessica utilizes an approach centered on collaboration, acceptance, and openness. Through her work, she helps clients overcome past traumas and enjoy a more fulfilling life. Jessica offers her clients a safe space where they can be their true selves, heal from past experiences, and navigate the world and systems they are a part of while also taking care of themselves.
