Families, teens and young adults have been her most common clients, some of whom she maintained long standing working relationships with for years. Jessie finds that most clients come to her for clinical guidance; support to understanding and interrupting patterns of unwanted behavior. When clients are hurt, tired, or ready for change Jessie helps them navigate new coping skills and communication strategies to generate peace in their world.
Specializing in an understanding of Attachment style Jessie helps clients struggling with life transitions, depression/anxiety, disordered eating, addictions, trauma, and families who find themselves feeling disorganized or disconnected. She aims to offer solutions to bring peace to conflicts with oneself or others by treating the whole client from childhood to present life.

Attachment issues - Development of effective relational and communication skills; insight into family attachment patterns;fostering healthy family relationships.
Codependency - Development of healthy boundaries in relationships; strategies for increasing individual self-esteem and autonomy; coping mechanisms for separation and individuation.
Life transitions - Coping with difficult or impactful life changes, such as moving to a new area, relationship transitions, child rearing, or career changes; learning self-care to better manage resulting stress
Childhood trauma - Learning how traumatic events in childhood can translate into adulthood; processing through difficult memories with the goal of moving past the experience and lingering symptoms
