Professional statement

As a dedicated and compassionate social worker and mental health professional, my intention is to create a supportive and safe enough space for my clients to explore their feelings and thoughts and ultimately live a wholesome and fulfilling life. My approach is rooted in CBT, narrative therapy, feminist theory, and trauma-informed care but I also tailor my methods to your unique needs. I am passionate about working with women of color, especially those who are navigating different cultures and social systems. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time crocheting my winter wardrobe and practicing Chinese calligraphy, both of which allow me to enter a flow state.
