Dr. Dias has her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, which focuses on diversity, spiritual formation, and systems theory. She also obtained her Master of Arts degree in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care from Talbot School of Theology at Biola University. She welcomes clients with diverse backgrounds. Dr. Dias works with clients who have anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. She also works with clients who want to either integrate their faith or spirituality in treatment, as well as clients who are experiencing religious deconstruction, or have no faith identity.

Dr. Dias sees clients virtually through video calls in both California and Texas.

Message to clients

I want to provide space for you to share freely, without judgement, to share what is going on for you. We don't often get to talk with our friends and family about the depths of what we are really thinking and feeling. I want you to have time in therapy so you can express your feelings and perspective.

I believe that the therapist-client relationship is a strong foundation for helping you to make changes in your life. There is no "right" or "wrong" in therapy, only things for us to be curious about and explore. I want to get to know you, and to welcome your truest self to emerge as we journey together.

I would love to meet with you and get to know you better! Let me know if you'd like to schedule a free 15-20 minute phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit to work together.
