Message to clients

Are you struggling with anxiety, big emotions, and constant reminders of the past? Are you repeating the same unhelpful patterns and feeling stuck? You may be comparing yourself to others, which leaves you feeling inadequate. So many of my clients are continuously judging or shaming themselves, leaving them feeling stuck or spiraling.

Many of my clients are successful, high-functioning individuals. The way they present to the world often doesn’t match how they feel on the inside. Many don't know the source of their distress. Yet, they still suffer. Especially when facing unconscious conflicts or hidden parts of the self. Our therapy sessions will provide you with the space to be understood and heard. In feeling safe and comfortable, you’ll be able to feel what you need to feel and work through the past.

It’s important to know you’re not alone if you’re struggling to cope and there are plenty of things you can do to help you move forward. We will work together to recognize and highlight your own strengths and resiliency to help you heal.

I will help you learn specific tools to regulate your mind and body when you are feeling triggered or anxious, as well as develop safe intimacy in relationships. I truly believe that you are the expert and I am honored to be able to do this work with you.
