Message to clients

My goal is to help you discover your own power and purpose. I listen and create a loving connection through respect, boundaries, and appreciation. Many of my clients have struggled with trust, intimacy, and connection. And so, as they begin to learn the value of these things and begin to establish them in their lives, I tear up.

To me, being a therapist is more than a job and I am proud of that. I utilize a number of powerful, yet safe and gentle therapeutic modalities including traditional therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, spiritual education, and holistic therapy to generate healing, forgiveness, and joy. I am passionate about breathwork, a healing modality using conscious connected breathing that encourages release of stress, negativity, suppressed negative thoughts and emotions, and pain stored in the body. The benefits of healing in this manner are stress reduction, joy, gratitude, ease, and comfort.
