John Brolley is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor based in Frankfort, IL. John is focused on ensuring that his clients see real progress: his style is interactive, non-judgmental, and his positions clients as the experts on where they are now, and where they want to go. John frames his therapy in three distinct and fluid parts: 1. Exploration: where John works to establish trust and rapport; 2. Insight :where John helps his clients to connect the dots, enhance insight into how their past has affected their present thoughts and actions; and 3. Action: where John and his clients decide on specific change which typically involves treatment planning complete with goals, tasks, and parameters surrounding time frames.
John’s first priority in starting with a new client is ensuring that they feel safe, heard, and like an equal partner in the therapeutic process. As a seasoned telehealth provider, John offers the convenience of Zoom calls, phone calls, and Skype
