He works with trauma, PTSD, relationship conflicts including narcissistic abuse, anxiety, and addiction recovery. John is passionate about empowering people to uncover their own inner understanding to increase mental clarity and self-compassion. This work informs the goals and strategies to move life towards peace, health, success, social connectedness, and authenticity.

John earned his Masters of Social Work from Arizona State University. He has certifications in Hypnotherapy and EMDR that are used to enhance client's progress. Outside of practice John lives an active life. John loves time with family, travel, weight lifting, outdoor activities and music.
